Citizens First Bank’s Online Banking gives you the ability to manage your money from your computer, tablet, or smartphone when and where you need.

Electronic/ eStatements

Text Message Banking
Receive instant account information by sending text-based commands from your cell phone¹. Get account balances and receive recent transaction history without having to log in.  Just text a short command to 99588, and you will quickly receive the information you want.

To enroll in Citizens First Text Message Banking, you must first log in to Citizens First Bank’s Online Banking, go to "Profile" found in the upper right corner of the Online Banking page, and then click on Mobile Banking to enroll.

Online Bill Pay
Now that you're using Online Banking, you'll want the added convenience of our Online Bill Pay¹.

To sign up for Online Bill Pay, click the "Bill Payment" tab after you log in to Online Banking.

¹A monthly fee of $5.50 applies to Online Bill Pay and is waived when two or more bills are paid using the service during a calendar month. We will automatically deduct this service charge from your Citizens First Bank account.

Simply send money online or from your mobile device. Payment happens in seconds, with funds available to use immediately. Log in to your account to access Popmoney Instant Payments.

We know you're busy, why not save a trip to the branch?  Save time and gas by easily depositing your checks wherever you may be.  Now you can make a quick and secure deposit of your checks with our mobile banking app.

We use 128-bit encryption: Secure Socket Layer 3.0 (SSL) for all communications¹. This is currently the highest level of security available for Internet transactions. Your access and use of this system is validated and protected using Secure Socket Layer(SSL) and all communication to and from this system is encrypted for your security.

¹To use Citizens First Bank's Online Banking, you'll need a web browser equipped with 128-bit encryption. We recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Mozilla Firefox. In all cases it is important that you be on the most recent release of whatever browser you are using.
