Citizens First Bank Announces Shareholder Meeting Results
CFB Holding Company, the parent entity of Citizens First Bank, held its annual shareholder meeting on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
Stephen C. Clements, President & CEO of Citizens First Bank, reported on the bank’s performance and progress over the past year. The 2025 year‑end financial report reflected total assets of $359.2 million, demonstrating continued growth for the locally owned community bank.
Clements reviewed the bank’s financial performance in comparison to local and national peers and reflected on the bank’s momentum following its 25th anniversary year. He stated:
“Our focus remains on disciplined growth, strong relationships, and operational excellence. We’re grateful for the continued confidence of our shareholders and the leadership of our board. Most importantly, I want to recognize our exceptional team—whose dedication to our customers and communities is the foundation of our success.”
Leadership Updates and Officer Promotions
The shareholder meeting also included several important leadership updates and staff promotions.
Connie Dell was named Senior Vice President of Human Resources and joins the Senior Management Team. Connie has been with Citizens First Bank since January 2025 and brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources and management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and HR certifications from the Society of Human Resources Management and the HR Certification Institute. Connie is a graduate of the Women Unlimited Leadership Program and has been actively involved in the community through organizations including the Red Cross and the United Way Citizens Review Board.
Nia Diercks was promoted to Real Estate Loan Officer and joins the Officer team. Nia brings more than 11 years of banking experience, including five years with Citizens First Bank, where she has progressed from Loan Administration Assistant to lender over the past three years. She began her career as a teller and later worked in bookkeeping before transitioning into lending. Nia has completed the Xinnix Mortgage Sales Training program and is known for her strong customer focus and relationship‑based approach to lending. She is actively involved in the community as a Camanche Kiwanis member and board member, a Grow Clinton Ambassador, and a volleyball coach with Clinton Evolution.
