Leave paper behind today!
Back in June 1, 2024, Citizens First Bank started charging $5 for paper statements for your Checking, Savings, or Money Market accounts, per statement cycle in an effort to save some trees and reduce mailing costs. The charge will post to your account at the end of the statement cycle. Paper Statement Fee is not applicable to certain account types.
Customers can enroll anytime in eStatements by accepting the disclosure.
- Login to Digital Banking
- On the Menu go to Documents & Settings > Documents.
- Select All Accounts to view and accept disclosure.
- A test PDF document will show up, to make sure you are able to see PDF documents on your device.
Citizens First Bank Secure Digital Document Delivery gives you instant digital access to your account information anytime, anywhere.
Thank you for making this change with us, let’s keep it simple and leave the paper behind!
