Lost/Stolen Card?
To report your lost/stolen debit card, use one of the following methods:
- Call us during business hours: 563.243.6000
- Use your CFB mobile app or login to Digital Banking HERE
- To report a lost or stolen Citizens First Bank debit or ATM card after hours, call 877.902.1442.
Login to your Digital Banking account to turn your card ON/OFF.
Step 1: Login to Digital Banking (opens in a new window)
Step 2: On the top left menu, browse and click on Manage Cards
Step 3: From the list of active cards, click the ON switch; it will deactivate the selected card.
To re-activate a card, repeat steps 1–3, clicking the OFF switch.
