Universal Banker 2


Position Summary

The Universal Banker 2 serves as the front-line sales and service banker for Citizens First Bank prospects and customers seeking to start and grow relationships with our bank.

 
Primary Responsibilities:

• Consumer Lending
• Actively seeks to acquire, service, and retain new business for Citizens First Bank
• Responsible for growing loans and deposits of the bank through personal calling and sales efforts, excellent customer service, and cross-sales to walk-in traffic of the branch.
• Performs all sales and service duties related to onboarding new customers
• Develop new business by visiting prospect business outside of the branch
• Provides superior service to prospects and clients seeking to do business with Citizens First Bank
• Provides excellent customer service to our existing customer
• Engages in a needs based approach to determine client needs, and responds with solutions that fit those needs

Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:
Experience with Cash Handling, Customer Service, Key Product Knowledge, Relationship Building and Expert Referral Skills.
