IT/ Operations Manager

Citizens First Bank has an immediate opening for a full-time IT/Operations Manager.  The position is responsible for the general supervision and management of deposit operations, data processing, payment systems and business continuity. Responsible for the ongoing management of information security policies, procedures, and technical systems in order to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all organization information systems. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university or equivalent related experience and/ or training.
  • Information Technology Experience would be preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to establish priorities, organize workflow, and satisfy deadlines
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and conform to bank & regulatory compliance standards.
  • Availability on nights, weekends and holidays, as needed for systems monitoring & support.

Teller/ Customer Service Representative

Citizens First Bank has an immediate opening for a full-time Teller/Customer Service Representative. The position works directly with customers by: opening accounts, handling teller transactions, cross selling bank products and services, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to internal bank procedures and compliance regulations. Experience with Cash Handling, Customer Service, Data Entry and Basic Computer knowledge preferred.


Loan Administrative Assistant

Citizens First Bank has an immediate opening for a full-time Loan Administrative Assistant.  The position provides administrative support to loan officers by preparing loan documentation in accordance with established policies and loan processing procedures. Establishes loan files, prepares reports and correspondence and compiles information as needed. Handles customer inquiries and assists other bank representatives as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of college or equivalent work experience. Minimum of one year of practical experience in loan processing or similar related job. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet computer application. Experience with a loan origination system preferred.


Ag/ Commercial Lender 

Citizens First Bank has an opening for an Ag/Commercial Lender. Candidate will be responsible for increasing an existing portfolio. Candidate must live in the market area of the bank. Compensation will depend on qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS: Four year degree in the areas of finance, banking or business preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, understanding of the financial industry and local economy, analytical skills and demonstrated knowledge of Word and Excel.
