Real Estate Lender  

Citizens First Bank is seeking an experienced Real Estate Lender.  The successful candidate should have a minimum of one to three years of lending experience. This position will be responsible for generating new business through referrals, underwriting, structuring, and the closing of real estate loans, as well as servicing an existing portfolio. This position will require business development and community involvement. 

Qualifications and Experience Required:  

• Four-year college, business related degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of one to three years of experience in lending.
• Strong personal computer skills, including Office, Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop new customer relationships.
• Strong attention to detail
 
Additional Salary Information: Salary commensurate with experience and full benefits package offered.
