Receptionist 

 

Citizens First Bank is seeking a highly motivated part-time front desk Receptionist. The position requires a high degree of communication with customers and coordination among staff members. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are a must.

This is a part-time position. Customer Service experience is required. Normal schedule would be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM and every 1 in 5 Saturdays, from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Answering phones, including customer and vendor calls.
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Responding to questions and educating callers on our products
  • Sorting mail
  • Preparing mailings

Qualifications:

  • A positive, professional demeanor
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
 
 

Teller

Citizens First Bank has an immediate opening for a full-time Teller. 

Responsibilities: The position works directly with customers by completing account transactions, assessing customer needs, reconciling cash drawer by proving cash transactions.  Teller cross sells bank products and services, provides exceptional customer service, and adheres to internal bank procedures and compliance regulations.

Qualifications: Experience with Cash Handling, Customer Service, Data Entry, and Basic Computer knowledge preferred.

 

Part Time Teller

Citizens First Bank has an immediate opening for a part time summer Teller.  The position will work 25-30 hours weekly and 3 Saturdays a month. 

Responsibilities: The position works directly with customers by completing account transactions, assessing customer needs, reconciling cash drawer by proving cash transactions.  Teller cross sells bank products and services, provides exceptional customer service, and adheres to internal bank procedures and compliance regulations.

Qualifications: Experience with Cash Handling, Customer Service, Data Entry, and Basic Computer knowledge preferred.
